International Technical Seminar & International Instructor Course (IIC) 21st–23rd November 2025 | Helsinki, Finland On behalf of the Finland ITF Taekwon-Do Federation, we are honoured to invite you to attend the International Technical Seminar (ITS) and International Instructor Course (IIC), which will be conducted by Grand Master Gary Miller, 9th Degree. The seminar will be conducted in the English language.

International Technical Seminar (ITS) Fee

• Up to 2nd Dan: € 80

• 3rd Dan and above: € 160

International Instructor Course (IIC) Fee (only 3 Dan ->)

• 3rd – 6th Dan: € 160 (including seminar endorsement barcode)

• 7th Dan and above: € 50 (organizer’s fee only)

Fees for the ITS/IIC seminar must be paid via bank transfer, while examination fees must be paid in cash.
